I haven’t been on that part of route 62 that I can remember so I’m going to have to say with all the ads on Mexican team jerseys, they can be classified as jerseys, well because they are but also multi-ad billboards. You know, maybe they could just put billboards of these Mexican team jerseys up on route 62 between Oil City and Warren that way they could have multiple advertisements on each billboard or better yet, put 2 large wooden stakes into the ground and staple these jerseys to them and viola! A very cheap billboard!
