In addition to contacting the police, you need to contact Ebay about this person. By the way, her contact information may or may not be accurate.

It may be a case where ebay has suspended her account because she probably owes money to them as well. So I know you will hate to hear this. But your monies gone! and it may be best for you and your health to let it go. We all lose money in our life time, its just your turn, that's all.

Best thing to do is call the police, believe it or not. Since she scammed you: you can also report her to the FBI. If she has children, social services may do a spot check to make certain that a mother that engages in criminal activity doesn’t otherwise endanger her children’s welfare.
Payback’s a…well, you know: just go the legal way ’round: you can take her to court, as well.

Keep in mind whoever did this may be using someone else’s identity to set up these accounts – but no one can simply delete the account and expect their fraud to go away: there’s always a record, somewhere.

You can try reporting her to the local police and filing a complaint. You can also try to access her personal information through Privateeye.com. For $39.95 it will give you a complete history on her including past addresses, names used, legal filings. That would give you sufficient iinformation to file a small claims suit against her but you would need to be willing to travel if the suit is filed where she lives.
