Your dead on , that … Your dead on , that how it rolls these days
and it does suck. I used to be an ac dc fan years ago, but just got into much deeper music, i just dont see the reason for their huge success, but they have really found their niche.
I understand what … I understand what your sayin because I love bands with a message, but there’s nothing her from most people’s mind now. People don’t care about a point or a message anymore. It really sucks, but it’s true
My point is that … My point is that midnight oil music has a hearfelt message, thus they should be far more popular than a band like AC DC
which has no message or meaning at all.
Why does a ty … Why does a ty shallow band like ac dc make it big, when a heartfelt band of good musicians like the oils, struggle to be heard outside their own backyard.
Their the best aussie band by far, yet the masses prefer a midget in a schoolsuit..
go figure.
Why does … Why does saveferris1972 hate uranium? (Pete’ll give it back. Just watch the video.) Pft. Rock & Rollers . . . what are ya gonna do wit’ ‘em? ‘Sides settin’ their beds on fire.
midnight oil, inxs, … midnight oil, inxs, men at work, omc. do bands who make music that is worth listening to only come from new zealand and australia?
You won’t find a … You won’t find a bigger sellout than the lead singer here (Peter Garrett). He became a politician (Australian member of parliament) — then promptly approved a brand new Uranium mine as Minister of the Environment. Still banking his royalties from this track though. His bed should be burning, big time.
hey this guy is a … hey this guy is a minister in the Australian parliament now? I’m from Canada. We should make Avril Lavinge the minister of being a talentless
Never realized this … Never realized this before, but the windmill sounds at the very beginning and very end of the video are lifted right from “Once Upon a Time in the West’s” opening scene. Great movie!
