Voters why do people pick on the good and kind Oil industry?

people always talk about Global warming this and pollution that
Gas ran engines produce some of the most CLEAN breathable air on Earth

every time I smell an exhaust pipe of a GAS ran car
it reminds me of fresh air sprinkled with daisy’s

Voters why do people pick on the good and kind Oil industry?

And our good friends in the coal industry, too! And the chemical industry, worldwide!

Yuppers, our loyal pals and good buddies!

You’ll notice, by GOD, none of the good ol’ boys of semi-literate right wing hate, the ones called
"the three stooges"–they NEVER have a bad word about those folks, even when gas hits, say, $3.85 a gallon. Nope…that was Obama’s fault. So what if he wasn’t elected yet?

And we need more spokespeople for the insurance industry, too. Well, never mind. We already have the Republican Party.

Next week: Goose stepping to the oldies! That’ll be more the more athletic neo-Nazis.

Talk to the liberal lawmakers that make it impossible to explore the cleaner alternatives, such as nuclear energy, then get back to us.

Thank you for your observation…everyday, I get stuck behind a school bus fueled with diesel exhaust and I wonder why @ssholes complain about my cigarette smoke.

Chastising our oil companies doesn’t mean we stop using oil, just means that these jobs will go to other countries that will sell us the oil.

Also, if we push gas companies to third world countries and away from our own country, these gas companies will operate by the environmental standards of the third world country that they are in and not our laws, and since the environment is interconnected, you are ultimately doing more harm than good.

Best to find or agree to an alternative source of energy than criticizing the current source of energy, basically, find an answer and don’t continue on whining about the problem.

Its the liberal lexicon of evil itself.
They associate war, global warming, profits, capitalism, and G. Bush with oil.

What else can I say, these liberals have no shame.

So I take it you ride a bicycle and use no electricity or gas for cooking heating or cooling? If you do than please spare us the hypocrisy. Would you rather the oil companies just stopped producing oil and said " you’re right , we suck." " No more oil. get by on solar and wind power". That would be great having thirty minutes of electricity a day wouldn’t it?

Because the right will come down on you if you do.

They protect large corporations that take every opportunity to gouge us.

Besides, I’m not finished with the health care folks.

One of thier CEO’s made 1/2 Billion dollars last year, though I forgot his name.

Expect the premiums to rise 400% again in the next ten years.

Defend that as a constitutional right.

    You are so blind.

Jeepers, you’re a fool if you think that the oil companies have nothing to do with killing cars that get 50+ MPG

What exactly does the oil industry have to do with gasoline engines ?

They make gasoline, because there is a demand for it.

But they do not make engines.

The car companies can make whatever engines they want to.

Your blaming the oil industry, for something the car industry does.

Just like people blame the oil industry for what the energy industry does.

Because the oil industry wants us to hate them. The more we hate them the more we regulate them. The more we regulate them the less new young companies can compete against them because of extra expense and red tape and sneaky political combinations. This is the pattern in many industries. It is really an age old con tactic. Misdirection. Point the finger at your own group then propose a solution using a lot of legal-eese. After the blah blah blah blah the capitalist and the governmental-ists good ‘ol boy back room buddies take over most of the business in a particular business sector. A good example of this is the tobacco regulations of recent years. Phillip Morris used it’s influence to be able to buy out Nabisco corporation. So when the extra taxes and law suits started hitting the tobacco industry, Nabisco jacked up it’s cracker and cookie prices and so forth. As a result Phillip Morris got a lot of market share in the ever lucrative tobacco industry. Monopolists are sneaky, but ultimately they are just card sharks with delusions of grandeur. God will have his way with them on judgment day, just like Judas.
