Do Libs have no idea of how much oil the Chinese use?
Their economy has boomed and continues to do so.
All of the extra oil that the world continues to use does comes at a cost — right now it’s $100/barrel.
Chatter,
The trade-weighted dollar IS at the same level it was 10 years ago. I have a graph that I printed out a few days ago. Source: St. Louis Fed
Why do you assume that libs will think oil prices should be lower?
I’m a lib and I don’t think they should be lower.
Why are you speaking for me?
I know, its the one size fits all attitude.
Did you know that is a basic communist principle?
So my question to you is, how does it feel to be more of a communist then an American?

Their economy is based on corruption, lies, currency manipulation and protectionism. Do you think it’s a plus that Americans have to pay more and more at the pump?
Everyone thinks oil prices should be lower. Except you.

A fair question, but that is only one of the major factors in the price of oil.
Another large factors are relations between the US and oil producing countries. We seem to be encouraging the people of at least two of those countries to overthrow the government.
As well as the value of the currency is a MAJOR factor. If the dollar was the same value as seven years ago, the price of oil would be 10 dollars a barrel less.

So when did the price of oil start to increase again? I do believe about the same time we went to war in Iraq. Kind of ironic isn’t it? People are p**sed because…we don’t have a clue anymore what we are fighting for, thought the oil in Iraq would help to pay for the war…and not only did that not happen, but oil went up and up and up and now we are all like….what the hell man? So, yeah US citizens are a little upset because our government continues to lie about everything, while small business is suffering, people are struggling to pay bills, gas, medical, etc etc and all Bush can say is "go on vacation", "continue to shop, buy cars, houses, take trips"

In the US where is the justification for lower gasoline prices.
Everyone wants a 4 door truck with a V8 that get 13 MPG in the city.
Couples buy $50,000.00 worth of automobiles and live 4 to 70 miles from work, so why should they decrease the price.
LIBS & CONS buy them by the way
