Liberals weres the outrage? Is it OK for liberal senators to cozy up with big business. Are these senators ignoring your wishes and only pandering to you while selling out to "evil" Corporations?
senators including
DSCC Chairman Robert Menendez
Michigan’s Carl Levin and Debbie Stabenow
Bob Casey of Pennsylvania
Claire McCaskill of Missouri
Kay Hagan of North Carolina
Mark Begich of Alaska
and even left-leaning Bernie Sanders of Vermont.

You must be one of the people who think that a lobbyist’s job is to buy votes. It may happen sometimes, but that isn’t politics as usual, no matter what you have been led to believe. EVERY bill in congress was written by and influenced by lobbyists. It only makes sense that people deciding the future of energy in the country would want to hear what the people who control the energy companies would have to say. It would only be wrong if they didn’t listen to what the environmentalists and other energy producers have to say as well before making a decision. (If you remember–that’s what the outrage was about when Bush met with these guys and called it an energy summit.)
Is there proof of non organic unlimted abiotc oil/ fuel?! If there is send me a link from your OFFICIAL SORCE. If not then what can we do before oil crashes?
Oil isn’t going to be running out any time soon. There are at least 1.3 trillion barrels remaining and much much more in oil sands and oil shale.
Tenant moved out because of failing paying the rent owed and because a hearing had been scheduled to recover the property. The property is heated by Oil and the tank is required to be at least 1/4 full when tenant vacates the property (Tenant responsible for heat according to Rental Agreement), The tenant called and left me a message stating that they moved out and left the keys on the back porch. In-between the time they moved out and when I was able to do a walk-thru of the property, the water pipes burst because of the freezing cold temperatures. Since the water wasn’t shut off, water was every where and flooded the basement and parts of the first floor. I have no doubt that they are legally liable for the damages caused because of them. The question is:
Since we already have a "Recovery Of Real Property Hearing" scheduled, would it be possible to add a rough estimate of the cost of damages to the property at the time of the "Recovery" hearing? Or will this have to be a separate filing using a different procedure and form?
Also, this damage was just discovered today and the hearing is this coming Monday morning. I highly doubt that will allow me enough time to have professionals look at the damage and provide me with actual estimates. So will my own rough "non-professional" estimates suffice for the "Recovery" hearing on Monday?
What should I do? I’m guessing that as much as $10,000 worth of damage may have been done!
Thanks to the 2 who have already provided answers to my question, but I still would like some more information/details.
1: What is meant by "adjournment"
2: What is the name of the form or form number that I would need to fill out to file this suit with the courts?
Ex: AOPC 310B-05
Less than 6 days have past since the tenants moved out and the damage was discovered.
We talked to the insurance company and we are fully covered for the damages incurred.
As for the tenants being responsible or not, they are. If they would have abided by the lease agreement and made sure that there was at least 1/4 tank of oil in the tank, there’s no way it would have run dry in the short amount of time.
No, your estimates are incompetent as proof (that is a legal phrase, not an insult). Go to the hearing and ask for an adjournment.
Just wondering if the ground is going to collapse or give-way due to all the oil we’ve pulled out of the ground leaving extremely large voids in the earth, capable of collapsing in ?
I know where i live in Tx there are old oil wells every few hundred yards, from where there was once oil.
It might be possible. But the voids are eventually filled back up naturally.
In Sydney at least, current conditions are:
- Sharemarket volatility
- Bear market
- Massive cuts of interest rates
- Few new housing constructions because of the recession
- Rental shortages
- Years of stagnant property prices (property bubble popped in 2004-3).
Good conditions for the next property boom?
Actually if could.
People have money they need to put somewhere. This happen with the tech bubble. The stock market went down, real estate increased.
My engine might be seized, so I want to pour some oil/anti-seizing product into the spark plug wells to help unstick it.
Is this safe? Where does all this oil go?! what about when I start the engine!
You can do this, but don’t put the spark plugs back in till you’ve spun the engine over enough to get the oil out through the spark plug holes if it doesn’t drain past the piston rings into the oil pan. If you put the spark plugs back in and crank the engine with enough oil in the cylinders they will hydraulically lock and possibly crack pistons, bend rods, ect. Remember fluid doesn’t compress, air does.
I live in Orlando, FL. I just heard the shuttle come in and it makes TWO very loud sonic booms when it comes into the atmosphere. It is so loud that it sounds like bombs going off or Howitzers (Cannons) firing.
Anyway, I served in Iraq and have PTSD. I was not expecting the shuttle to come in today and it startled me a little. I was thinking that probably scared the hell out of some tourists at Disney World.
But how did you react when you heard a loud sonic boom?
The sound is a little startling, but very distinctive. Anyone who has heard it before knows exactly what it is. Taking the mystery out of the sound leaves little room for anxiety. I was having a late lunch with a large group of friends, many from out of town, when the sonic boom sounded today. Some had never heard it before and thought something had exploded as it rattled the windows in the restaurant.
Is it better to use tanning oil or tanning lotion in a tanning bed? Im deciding which to use, because ive heard from people that tanning oil ruins the tanning bed is this true???
Any information about tanning lotions and oils would be greatly appreciated
Thank you!
TANNING OILS DO RUIN TANNING BEDS. Please do not use an oil in a bed. Be careful where you buy your lotion from. Most salons severely jack up the price on lotions. To find a wide variety of lotions at reasonable prices, look on ebay. I buy all of my tanning lotion from there. It’s also extremely safe to order off there when you pay with paypal. I do not like lotions with a bronzer or tingle. I just like accelerators. The classic is australian gold accelerator. It’s great; should cost about 15 on ebay, but 20 in a salon prob. I have tried a few lotions from the millenium tan line and have been disappointed. I would not recommend them. California tan is a line with some good lotions. Have fun shopping for lotions!!
Obama’s boom is going to explode just like Clinton internet boom did. Even though the space program isn’t getting as much funding , it still all started under a democrat and future endeavors will more then likely be by democrats. Republicans never even think of anything greatly innovative because they are too busy giving money to their rich buddies in old industries.
The older Republicans look through their rear view mirror, instead of looking forward. They don’t like change, unless it makes them richer. They do like wars from which they can profit.
I have a 1990 GMC Suburban and would like to know if there is a way to check the oil pump or the oil pressure. My gauge has started reading no pressure all of a sudden but the truck still rides great. At first it would drop when I stop at a light and go back up when I drive but now it just says 0 on the oil gauge. I have been told that it is the oil pump but I would like to check the pressure first. Can someone help me?
Change the oil pressure sending unit.
